岗位职责： 
1. Produce documents, including CLP,  sample BL creation, shipping advice, clearance documents etc. in a timely and accurately manner.
及时高效准确的制作客户所需单证，包括装箱计划，样本提单，装船通知，清关文件等。
2. Follow up operation issues and communicate solutions to internal and external customers.
跟进操作过程中出现的有关问题，并且积极与内部同事及外部客户交流进而解决问题。
3. Proactively assess potential issue and escalate to management timely.
前瞻性地评估可能发生的问题，并及时地予以修正。
4. Develop initiatives to improvement process and efficiency.
积极主动的改善流程，提升工作效率。
任职资格：
1. Bachelor and above , Major in logistics management, international trade, and English is preferred.
本科及以上学历，物流管理、国际经济与贸易、英语等相关专业优先。
2. Be patient, careful,  responsible to work and with good learning ability.
耐心、细致，具有较强的责任心及良好的学习能力。
3. Customer focus and analytical problem solving.
客户导向，具有良好的分析能力和问题解决能力。
4. Good English skill equivalent to CET-4.
良好的英语能力，大学英语CET-4及以上。
5. Team player with the ability to work independently within deadlines.
具有团队合作精神且能在规定时间内独立地完成工作。
上班时间：
1. 周一至周五：13:00~22:00/14:00~23:00
